Through Greencuisine courses, retreats and private consultation, Daphne Lambert
creates a deeper understanding of how our choice of food affects us body, mind &
spirit and how nourishing ourselves and nourishing the planet are indivisible.

For 25 years Daphne has cooked and taught on the Welsh borders at Penrhos Court.
However, during 2012, Daphne will be in residence at Trill Farm in Devon.
At Trill she will be cooking, teaching and finishing her long awaited book!

In 2012 all Greencuisine consultations, courses and retreats will be held on this
beautiful organic farm.
